You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your VeraPeak Daily Essentials for a full refund. This aligns with consumer protection regulations and gives you ample time to evaluate the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unopened in original packaging, OR
  • Minimally used (less than 7 capsules consumed)
  • In resellable condition without damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will confirm your return eligibility
  4. We will provide return shipping instructions
  5. Ship the product back to us in original packaging

4. Shipping & Processing

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (cash refunds require contact information).

The following items are not eligible for return:

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective VeraPeak, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
